Peanut Butter Apple Rounds

1 Granny Smith Apple (or apple of your choice)

1/4 cup Peanut or Nut Butter

1 tbsp Chia Seeds

1 tbsp Unsweetened Shredded Coconut

1 tbsp Quick Oats

1 tsp Ceylon Cinnamon

  1. Core the apple and slice into rounds.

  2. Top with peanut butter, chia seeds, unsweetened shredded coconut, quick oats, and cinnamon.
