Roasted Red Pepper Toast
1 slice Sourdough Bread
1 Roasted Red Pepper
1 slice Tomato
4 Basil Leaves
1 tsp Melt Organic’s Spread (or Butter)
1/2 tsp Chili Flakes
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
Salt and Pepper
Toast sourdough bread either in a toaster or in a frying pan until it is golden.
Spread 1 tsp of “butter” onto toast.
Top with roasted red pepper, tomato, onion powder, chili flakes, fresh basil, salt, and pepper.
